Started in 2013, Nowsterday (FKA Circling Drones) is a funk-fusion jazz band that play originals inspired by artists such as Herbie Hancock, Frank Zappa, and Thundercat. A lot of their songs have improvisation drawing from years of musical experience. Fronted by multi-instrumentalist, Matthew Moore, they’ve opened for artists including Robert Glasper and Victor Wooten.
