First Course: CURED HUDSON VALLEY TROUT – dill creme fraiche, salsa matcha, pickled onions, rye sourdough crumble, steelhead caviar
Second Course: BRAISED SHORT RIB – smoked chic pea fritters, grilled broccoli, Stranahan pickled mustard seeds, pearl onions.
Third Course: ORANGE CHOCOLATE TORTE – flourless chocolate cake, chocolate-orange mousse, chocolate glaze, whipped cream, orange creme anglaise
