Cousins! It’s time!🙌🏾
When I organized the 1st Juneteenth Picnic in Hoboken in 2023, I did it with intentions of love for people who look like me, to feel acknowledged & celebrated. I did it because I wanted my kids and the generation after mine to hold on to a beautiful tradition & keep our rich culture alive. The seed was planted, it flourished beautifully in year two 2024, & now year three, 2025 will be a celebration like none before!
Ya’ll know how we did it last yr! The Juneteenth Celebration Calendar is back with not just one event but three ways to celebrate Black Culture & History here in the Mile Square City-my hometown, Hoboken
