Writing a Book Series – Getting it Started and Keeping it Going

November 11 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Free

Listen to a panel of mystery authors share the joys and challenges of creating a book series!

What should you consider before starting a mystery series? How do you keep the ideas and energy flowing? What’s the secret to keeping characters fresh and interesting over the long haul to maintain and build readership? Listen to a panel of mystery authors share the joys and challenges of creating a series.

Participating authors are members of the Mystery Writers of America, New York Chapter. Annamaria Alfieri writes the Vera and Tolliver stories. Tom Coffey is the author of Public Morals, the first novel in The Devine Trilogy; the second book, Special Victim, will be released in late November. Peggy Ehrhart is currently writing the Knit & Nibble mysteries for Kensington Books. Gerri Lewis is the author of the Deadly Deadlines mystery, The Last Word. Moderating will be Mark McNease, the author of the Kyle Callahan Mysteries, the Marshall James Thrillers, and the Maggie Dahl Mysteries.
